Tom Christ

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Tom was a driving force in the development of the company’s GTI Billing System, which has flawlessly executed over two million credit card transactions without any security or data-related issue. He was integral in architecting Genesant’s award-winning FitClick Platform that automatically creates white-label health and fitness web sites and related mobile apps. Under his stewardship, Genesant has been a pioneer in the health and fitness SaaS industry, building hundreds of white-label sites to date, including prominent brands like Men’s Health and Women’s Health. Tom also designed and developed an innovative cloud-based, real-time messaging system that leverages some of the newest open source technologies available. Prior to co-founding Genesant, Tom worked at PaineWebber Incorporated as an investment banker in corporate finance. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.

Adam Croswell

Chief Technology Officer

Since 2002, Adam has been an integral player in the development of many of Genesant’s major projects, including for the digital wallet system, GTI Billing System and SaaS sportsbook platform. With a broad expertise of technologies across all layers of software and web development, Adam has architected complex database systems, developed sophisticated software applications and designed robust and scalable IT infrastructure. He has also been instrumental to the design and development of Genesant’s award-winning FitClick Platform and plays a leading role in company product innovation efforts. Prior to Genesant, Adam worked as a software engineer at IBM. Adam earned a Master and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a concentration in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Dan Robey

Senior Vice President of Technology

Since 2004, Dan has been the lead engineer on many large projects and has broad knowledge and experience creating complex software applications, database systems and mobile apps. Specifically, he led the company’s design and development process for the comprehensive SaaS sportsbook platform and risk management controls, and he was integral in Genesant’s development of the digital wallet system. Dan also led the development of the FitClick Platform’s SaaS white-label site building system and related mobile apps. Dan was the chief architect for other projects, including an innovative cloud-based content curation system and a sophisticated ecommerce user content collection platform. Fluent in Spanish, Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Paola Nasser Robey

Senior Vice President of Technology

As the chief architect and engineer for many projects and several of Genesant’s proprietary systems, Paola has extensive experience with the full spectrum of back-end to front-end software, mobile and web development. Paola was central in the development of the GTI Billing System, leading the development of a complex online nutritionist software system and key component of the FitClick Platform, which emulates the services of a dietician. She also developed Genesant’s RESTful APIs that enable third-party access to many company web services as well as the JavaScript-based front-ends for multiple projects. Fluent in Spanish, Paola earned a Master and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a concentration in Economics from MIT and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Dennis Torres

Senior Software Developer

Since 2010, Dennis has explored new technologies that can be utilized in Genesant’s efforts to continue producing premier software products, including leveraging Derby JS and other Javascript platforms. Dennis has a broad understanding of all major front-end, database and platform frameworks and has significant experience developing complete mobile and web front-end to back-end solutions using a wide variety of different technologies. Specifically, he was instrumental in developing a comprehensive sportsbook and digital wallet system with real-time transaction handling, an innovative cloud-based, real-time messaging system and mobile app capabilities of the FitClick Talk-to-Track System. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
